We recommend wearing the aligners at least 22 hours daily, removing them primarily for meals and oral hygiene. Remember that the longer they’re worn, the more effective they’ll be. Although removing your aligners for special picture-taking occasions or date nights is okay, replacing them immediately afterward is important to avoid delaying your treatment.Â
